SS Simon and Jude do our own admissions for pupils who apply for a nursery place and in-year transfers (transfers between primary schools). To apply for a place please fill in a nursery or in-year application form and return to the school office. Admission to reception class 2023
If your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019, your child is due to start reception in September 2023.
Please note: Our reception class places at the start of the academic year are applied for through the Local Authority. The Local Authority will place pupils according to our admission criteria within the school’s admission policy.
If you would like visit school, our open day is on Tuesday 15th November 4-6pm
The online application process closes on 15th January 2023. School offer day will be mid April 2023. Information will not be provided before this date in any circumstance. Offers will be made by email only. If you have not received your email, please check in your junk and spam folders before telephoning the school admissions department. You can also view your school offer by logging into your account through the Citizens Portal. If you wish to appeal, please follow the link in your offer email. Changes cannot now be made to your application for a school place; however, you may apply again in August as an in-year application. Any new application forms received will cancel any application received previously. School admissions can be contacted on 01204 333333 or by emailing admissions@bolton.gov.uk.
