A very warm welcome to the Reception class page. During the summer term, many parents attended a ‘meet the teacher evening’ where staff shared key information linked to the day to day running of SS Simon and Jude CE Primary School. Below you will find links to the PowerPoint shared at the meeting and a ‘Welcome booklet’ which provides further information.
The curriculum map and half termly curriculum newsletters provide further details of the learning experiences that are provided by school. Pupils are also encouraged to complete learning at home to further their understanding of different areas of the curriculum.
It is important to ensure pupils’ education is minimally impacted by any absence from school. Therefore we have invested in a number of online learning platforms across the curriculum to help keep our pupils engaged in learning. All pupils have been given their log in details for sites which require them.
